I use 100% natural ingredients as the paint and chiffon sponge as the canvas. Let your creativity shine! If you have no idea where to start, I will show you the basic brush strokes for creating florals by improvising from watercolour painting techniques. The flavour profile of the cake is in line with the floral theme with osmanthus and honey as the stars. This cake can be enjoyed chilled as a custard cream cake or frozen as an ice-cream cake! During this 4.5 hours class, you will learn: - Honey milk chiffon sponge as blank canvas for painting. - The use of natural fresh ingredients as paints. - Painting techniques for simple flowers. - Osmanthus wolfberry agar jelly. - Honey osmanthus custard cream.
