Create an edible artwork inspired by the beautiful sunrise view from my kitchen window with these 100% naturally coloured, dairy-free painted Swiss rolls! Although these Swiss rolls look impressive, they are actually really simple to decorate so beginners and kids can make them too! The paint used is 100% fresh and natural, not from any artificial or natural bottled food colouring so it's great for people who don't bake often as there's no wastage in terms of unused bottled food colouring after the project is over. The little bit of chemistry explained will be educational for the little ones as they experience the combination of multidisciplinary concepts and skills in a single activity. During this 3 hours class, you will learn: - Pandan coconut chiffon sponge - Pandan coconut blue pea flower agar jelly clouds - How to paint design using fresh natural ingredients - How to assemble the Swiss roll with vanilla dairy-free whipping cream and cloud jelly inserts.
