Service Description
Show-stopping bakes need not be difficult or technique-intensive. This cute, fun and delicious "egg on toast" requires no baking skills more than the ability to pour and mix! Come and learn the Science and wonder of reverse spherification in the form of spherified mango sauce, served on smooth and creamy panna cotta, and soft and fluffy vanilla yoghurt cake. During this 3hours class, you will learn: - How to make simple mix-and-pour vanilla yoghurt cake "Toast". - How to make vanilla panna cotta "Egg white". - How to make spherified mango sauce "Bouncy, runny egg yolk" - How to do simple decoration with chocolate. Per booking entitles to 1 adult and 1 child. Each pair of students will bring back 3 mini cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 13. Group Size: 8 pair Minimum age to join class: 5 years old
