Join us in creating this fun and adorable cake and bring BG's ambassador pony, Dash, home with you! Made from a scrumptious double chocolate cake. This baking session will definitely create a long lasting memory between you and your little one in the years to come. During this 4hours class, you will learn to: - Bake a Chocolate cake. - Make a chocolate Ganache filling and frosting. - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - How to handle and work with fondant: *How to cover a cake with fondant via the panelling method. *Make a fondant pony, and create fondant fences and grass. *Tips and tricks for sculpting and moulding. Per booking entitles to 1 adult and 1 child (For booking via online, please select 1 participant). Each pair of students will bring back 1x 6inch Cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 13. Group Size: 6 pairs Minimum age to join class: 5 years old
