Just trying to chill and relax in anticipation for the upcoming holidays in September. Waiting impatiently for the time to pass. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn to: - How to bake a flavourful chocolate fudge cake. - Cook a smooth and rich pastry cream. - Learn how to make Swiss meringue buttercream (demo). - Simple Fondant sculpting methods and how to handle fondant. - Basic piping techniques. Per booking entitles to 1 adult and 1 child. Each pair of students will bring back one 6” cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 13. Group Size: 6 pairs Minimum age to join class: 5 years old
