Welcome the Year of the Horse with these adorable and tasty treats that are not too sweet! These horse macarons are made of Hojicha macaron shells and filled with a delightful combination of Hojicha chocolate ganache and yuzu jam packed with the citrus rind. Instead of the typical royal icing or fondant decorations, edible cookie dough is used for the details, making the macaron batter preparation and piping easier for beginners. During this 4 hours class, you will learn: - Swiss meringue method macarons with Hojicha. - Character macaron piping technique. - Dairy-free Hojicha chocolate ganache and yuzu jam fillings. - Edible cookie dough and edible marker for decoration. Qty: 6 heads + 2 full body (or additional 4 heads if not making full body versions) Bring a friend or family member to join you in sharing your set of ingredients, with an additional $40 charge.
