During this 4.5hours class, you will learn: - How to bake a chocolate cake(demo). - How to bake a vanilla cake (demo). - Cook a vanilla pastry cream. - Cook a strawberry Jam. - How to make a firm Ganache. - Fill and frost a cake using ganache. - Make sugar cosmos and leaves. - How to handle gumpaste. - Dust flowers and leaves to make them look realistic. - How to make marbled fondant. - How to cover a cake with fondant. - How to stack a cake. - How to attach flowers onto the side of a cake. Per booking entitles to 2pax to bake 1 cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 16. Minimum age to join class: 13 years old.
