During this 4.5hours class, you will learn: - How to Bake a Chrysanthemum Cake (demo). - How to Make a Chrysanthemum honey pastry cream. - How to Make a Swiss meringue buttercream. - How to Fill and Frost a water coloured cake. - How to Make a Korean style buttercream (Demo). - How to Pipe buttercream flower, leaves and berries. - How to Pipe chocolate twigs. Per booking entitles to 2pax to bake 1 cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 16. Minimum age to join class: 13 years old.
