During this 4-hours class, you will learn: - How to make a chocolate semi chiffon cake. - Create a chocolate cremeux. - Make a hazelnut chocolate pastry cream. - How to torte, fill and frost a cake. - How to make a quick chocolate Ganache. - Learn about the properties of Ganache and how different ratios affect the texture of your Ganache. Students will prepare all the components individually. Student will bring back a 6inch Cake Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
