This cheese-based Choux pastry can be enjoyed on its own or with a savoury filling or dip. The pastries are flavoured with Gruyere, mature cheddar and a sprinkling of Parmesan, and further flavour-enhanced by other seasonings in the batter without adding table salt. Sugar-free lychee blueberry cake:
This cake is made without sugar or with sugar replacements as far as possible, utilizing the flavours and sweetness of natural ingredients. The chiffon sponges are decorated with blue china patterned butterflies and fronds using the printing technique for painted cakes.
