This macaron masterclass gives you a chance to learn 3 different methods of using the Swiss meringue method of making macarons to create textured macarons and simple but adorable character macarons. Besides learning how to flavour the macaron shells, you will learn a wide variety of festive flavoured fillings that are delectable but practical for gifting in tropical Singapore as they are temperature-stable and dairy-free. Techniques for creating and decorating the various designs will be covered in detail.

- Reindeer macarons made from dark brown sugar cinnamon macaron shells, filled with less sweet gingerbread spice ganache.
- Penguin macarons made from dark brown sugar macaron shells, filled with orange dark chocolate ganache and hazelnut butter.

- Snowman macarons filled with peppermint white and dark chocolate ganache.
