This elegant dessert combines the tangy strawberries with the vibrant and aromatic notes of basil. It is the perfect treat to add a touch of elegance and uniqueness to your Christmas feast. During this 4-hour class, you will learn to: - Make French style tart dough. - Make almond cream/frangipane. - Make strawberry compote. - Make Basil mousse. - Prepare Mirror glaze. - Glaze mousse. - Assemble and decorate tart. Students will prepare all the components individually. Each student will be bringing back 4 tarts. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
