A soft swiss roll sponge with light whipped cream, filled with white rabbit custard and toasted milk crumble. Join us in recreating everyone’s favourite childhood candy in dessert form that will surely delight the palate and bring back some nostalgic memories! In this 3hours class you will learn: - Create a soft and light swiss roll sponge - Make White Rabbit Candy custard - Prepare toasted milk crumble (demo) - Whip chantilly cream - Assemble and roll a swiss roll Students will prepare all the components in pairs, but will decorate and finish their 10" Swiss roll individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
