Service Description

Learn how to whip up Winnie macarons and his favourite food in a jar! A lemon scented cake filled with honey cremeux and decorated with macarons and honeycomb. During this 4.5-hours class, you will learn how to: -create 3D macarons of irregular sizes -bake a lemon scented buttercake -cook a honey cremeux as a filling (Demo) -make chocolate French buttercream -torte a cake -fill and frost a cake with curved sides -make honeycomb. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
