Bring home this opulent Christmas creation back home this year. Breaking away from the usual Xmas log cakes, we are introducing this ornate holiday confection decorated with intricate details that is bound to catch the eyes of every guests present at the table. During this 6.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Bake a moist and flavour some carrot cake. - Make a light cream cheese frosting. - Make Swiss a buttercream. - Torte a cake. - fill and frost a tall cake (5 layers). - Master the following piping techniques: > shell > droplines > straight lines > ruffles > drapes > ribbons - Create fondant appliques and how to work with deep silicone moulds. During this 6.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a Chiffon cake. - Cook a chocolate cremeux. - Make strawberry jam. - Whip up a crème légère. - Whip chantilly cream. - Torte, layer, frost and decorate a cake. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
