Join us in making a refreshing and light summer inspired cake! An earthy, low-fat basil meringue sponge base paired with tangy and creamy lemon mousse, layered with juicy strawberries to perfectly round off the whole dessert. During this 3-hours class, you will learn how to: - How to make basil sugar - How to make a meringue sponge - How to make a tangy and creamy lemon mousse Students will prepare the components in pairs but will assemble and decorate their 6” cake individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
