Master the art of creating a no-bake eggless cheesecake featuring a tangy mango passionfruit filling and a stunning decorative flower jelly top. This class will guide you through each step to craft a beautiful, delicious dessert without the need for an oven. During this 3.5-hour class, you will learn how to: - Make a buttery, crunchy graham cracker crust. - Make a cheesecake base. - Make a tangy mango passionfruit layer. - Make the Decorative Flower Jelly Top. - Create a crystal-clear jelly layer to encase edible flowers. - Assemble cheesecake and arranging flowers artistically for a visually stunning effect. Students will prepare all the components individually. Each student will be bringing back 4x mini Cheesecake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
