Shiba Fall Fatcarons (Fully-Booked)

Service Description

These adorable shiba fatcarons came about because I asked myself the question "Why must macaron fillings be piped?? Can't they be shaped by hand? 🤔" The shibas sandwiched between pumpkin shaped macaron shells are hojicha & vanilla flavoured with a strawberry raspberry ganache surprise center. During this 4hours class, you will learn how to: - Make Swiss meringue(pair work) method macarons. - Pipe simple pumpkin shaped macaron shells. - Mixed berry ganache (Demo). - Make low fat, low sugar filling that is temperature stable in hot climates (Demo). - Colour the filling with natural food colouring. (Demo) - Shape the filling to adorable shibas. Student will bring back min. 8-10pcs of Shiba Fatcarons. *Participants can have access to our Private Shiba Fall Fatcarons Facebook group, which will include our class materials, i.e., the recipes, templates, and videos. Group Size: 8 participants Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
