In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a beautifully balanced Strawberry Pistachio Chocolate Logcake that’s as stunning as it is delicious. During this 5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Bake a light, flexible pistachio sponge. - Make silky pistachio cremeux and strawberry compote. - Make a chocolate mousse. - Make a pistachio crunchy base. - Spray and decorate for an elegant finish. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back 1x Logcake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
