What's Christmas without a classic Yule Log? Master the skills and techniques required to create our classic logcake, made with a chocolate cinnamon sponge and filled with a pistachio whipped cream. Not forgetting a hand-piped Christmas Tree and a cutesy Xmas Gonk! During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a Chocolate Cinnamon chiffon cake, and identify the different stages of meringue. - Make a roll cake without a baking tray. - Make a pistachio whipped cream and chantilly Cream and learn the different stages of whipping cream. - Roll and transfer a log cake. - Frost log cake. - Pipe a Christmas tree and gonk Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
