Service Description
A confection featuring the fusion of different cultures. With a flavour combination comprising the regional tastes of pandan, coconut and pecan, embellished with a rococo inspired design through the Lambeth piping method. Learn to create this intricate masterpiece all the way from start to finish. During this Full Day class, you will learn how to: - Extract natural pandan flavour (Demo) - Bake a pandan chiffon cake. - Cook a pandan, coconut and pecan filling. - Torte and frost a cake. - Whip up a stable dairy whipping cream frosting. - Learn the proper Lambeth Piping Technique (Over piping). Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
