Inspired by the Tab Tim Krob, which is a sweet, refreshing and immensely popular in Thailand. Our Red Ruby Cake is made from water chestnuts and coconut milk. It is crunchy, nutty, and creamy all at the same time, the perfect dessert for any time of the day. Try it today and experience the different flavors and textures of Thailand in every bite! During this 3hours class, you will learn how to: - Cook Red ruby. - Bake a chiffon cake, and the things to take note of in order to achieve and light and fluffy bake. - Whip up a coconut mousse. - Torte and fill a cake. - Assembly of the cake. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
