Service Description
A sensational raspberry confection showcasing the full burst of natural raspberry flavour. Paired with modern costume, this towering beauty will be an impressive addition to your cake repertoire. During this 4-hours class, you will learn how to: - Bake a raspberry butter cake. - Cook raspberry jam (demo). - Make Raspberry Cloud Cream Filling. - Whip up white chocolate cremeux. - Make a Swiss meringue buttercream (demo). - How to Torte, fill and Frost a cake. - Create a terrazzo effect. - Make decorative white chocolate shards. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
