Taking a trip down the lane of Nostalgia with our Peanut Cake. Filled generously with peanuts inside and out, all laid upon an aromatic peanut sponge, sandwiching layers of homemade mochi giving that extra textural touch. A classic cake, but made better. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a peanut chiffon and the optimal stage bring your meringue to. - Create stabilised whipped cream and how to identify the different stages of whipped cream consistency. - Make home made mochi that doesn't harden upon refrigeration. - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - Make peanut brittle Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
