During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a chiffon cake base and to identify the different stages of meringue and how it affects the final texture of the cake. - Make a passionfruit curd. - Make a light and velvety custard mousse, how to whip cream to the optimal stage. - Torte and fill a cake. - Frost a cake using dairy whipped cream. - Create drip effect with a white chocolate ganache. - Create a wavy piped effect. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
