Lemon Pistachio Cake

With the tang of a lemon and the earthiness of pistachios, cushioned on a pillowy soft vanilla sponge, a refreshing combination that will leave gentle breezes on one's palette. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a lemon jelly. - Make a vanilla chiffon cake. - Cook lemon curd. - Make pistachio ganache. - Create stabilised whipped cream. - Cut, fill and frost a cake. Students will prepare all the components individually. Customer will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
