Celebrate Christmas this year with the company of Mr Ginger, our Christmas mascot. Sitting on a chocolate cake encasing a smooth chestnut cream for that extra special Christmas touch. Let's make the holidays this year a fun and unforgettable one! During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn to: - Bake a chocolate cake. - Make a chestnut cream (demo). - Make a chocolate ganache (demo). - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - How to make a 3D fondant ginger bread man. - How to cover a cake with fondant of alternating colours. Per booking entitles to 1 adult and 1 child. Each pair of students will bring back one 6” cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 13. Group Size: 6 pairs Minimum age to join class: 5 years old
