Service Description
These naturally coloured and flavoured capybara chiffon cakes. Capybaras are known to enjoy a good soak in yuzu onsen, thus this flavour combination of yuzu, chocolate and hazelnut to keep things yummy, naturally coloured and true to the capybara spirit! During this 3hours class, you will learn: - How to make Yuzu chiffon cake, coloured with a little cocoa powder. - How to make Chocolate hazelnut pudding that is agar based, no gelatin used. - Simple hack for decorating capybara features without needing extra ingredients. Per booking entitles to 1 adult and 1 child. Each pair of students will bring back one cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 13. Group Size: 8 pair Minimum age to join class: 5 years old
