Service Description
A labour of love that is bound to take centre stage on your Christmas party table. All elements delicately made by hand, this will be where the attention of the phones shall be on during the party. During this Full-day class, you will learn how to: - Make a butter cake (demo) - Make pastry cream and chocolate crémeux. - Make ganache. - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - Carve a cake into a conical shape. - Cover a cake with fondant. - Make royal icing. - Make fondant appliqués. - Stack a cake. - Master basic piping techniques. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
