During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a sponge cake without a cake tin. - Make salted caramel. - Make an easy chocolate mousse. - Create a simple caramel decoration. - Fill and frost a cake. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
