Comprising fluffy Coco Jr (Chocolate Semi Chiffon Cake)，mellow Ms Blanc (White Chocolate Mousse), intense Ms Noire (Dark Chocolat Cremeux), crispy Petit Croustillant (Feuilletine) and Ms Brillante (Chocolate Glaçage), this coterie of chocolate elements will help you discover your inner love and desire for chocolate. During this 4-hours class, you will learn how to: - Bake a Chocolate Semi-Chiffon Cake - Whip up a chocolate mousse - Cook a Creme Anglaise in preparation for Chocolate Cremeux - Making chocolate covered Feuilletine - Cook a chocolate Glaze - Torte your cake - Fill and ice a cake - Crumb coat/frost a cake - Glaze a cake without the use of a thermometer Students will prepare all the components individually. *Dark Chocolate Roses and leaves will be provided for decoration at the end of the lesson.
