What can be more classic than a chocolate Yule Log during Christmas. This year, we have decided to have a slight twist to this timeless class by presenting it in a form of a tree stump, but still retaining the Xmas mood and feel. It's light, yet decadent, moreish and fun all at the same time. Together with the chocolate mushrooms, this is bound to be a family favourite on the tables. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a flourless Chocolate Sponge. - Make white chocolate Mousse. - Learn how to roll a cake. - Make a quick ganache. - Frost and decorate a cake. - Make Chocolate Mushroom. - Make Chocolate Soil. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
