The Opera Cake, a classic French dessert, is a symphony of layers. It typically consists of thin layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, alternating with layers of rich chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream. Topped with a glossy chocolate glaze, each slice reveals a delicate balance of textures and flavors, creating a decadent experience for the palate. During this 4-hour class, you will learn how to: - Make almond jonconde. - Make chocolate ganache. - Make coffee syrup. - Make coffee buttercream. - How to assemble. Students will prepare all the components individually. Each student will be bringing back 1x Classic opera cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
