Learn the basics of pâte a choux and go on to create lots of other amazing desserts from there, starting from the humble but well loved cream puff. During this 3-hours class, you will learn how to: - Create a pâte choux dough. - Idenify the optimal consistency for the creation of the perfect puff. - Pipe the batter for the puff. - Make craquelin and tips on how to handle them. - Cook a classic crème pâtissière (chocolate and vanilla) and the ways to adjust the consistency to accommodate different flavours. - fi a puff. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a dozen of Choux/Cream Puff. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
