Service Description
Experience the heavenly pairing of chestnut and brandy. Bring your palate through the different flavours and textures of the airy chestnut chiffon, the boozy brandy crémeux, the smooth and delectable brandy and chestnut cream. It's a flavour combi that once needs to have in life. During this 4-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make chestnut paste. - Make crème de marron. - Make a fluffy chestnut chiffon. - Make a brandy crémeux. - Do a stabilised chestnut whipped cream. - Torte and frost a cake. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
