With practicality in mind, the filling is dairy-free and temperature stable enough for Singapore's tropical weather. During this 4-hours class, you will learn: - Swiss meringue method of making macarons. - Learning how to work with multiple colours of batter in a single batch. - Piping and decorating cat design. - Passionfruit ganache that is dairy-free and temperature stable for gifting in Singapore's tropical climate.
