Service Description

Come and learn the basics of Choux au Craquelin and how to transform it into cute pieces of edible art! You will also learn how to pipe and sculpt the pastry filling, a skill that can be applied to cream decorations on cakes too! During this 5hours class, you will learn: - The basics of choux au craquelin, creating two colours of pastries from a single batch of batter (Demo) - How to make mini yuzu choux pastry - How to transforming plain choux au craquelin into apples and citrus (yuzu) - How to make various fillings: Yuzu diplomat cream (Demo) Chocolate hazelnut whipping cream (richer and lighter versions) - How to make filling/decorating choux pastries to form capybara designs. Students will prepare the components individually. Student will bring back min. 6-8 Capybara in fruit designed Choux pastries. Group Size: 7 participants Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
