Learn how to whip them up these petite delicacies perfect for any gatherings. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make lemon madeleines and to create the classic look. - Make chocolate financier. - Cook a creme anglaise to create pot de creme. - Salvage an overcooked creme anglaise. - Make a sable Breton and steps required to create a delicate and crisp texture. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
