Made with home made savoiardi biscuits, and a moreish pâte à bombe based mascarpone filling, a perfect choice to start your journey into the world of desserts. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - How to make and pipe savoiardi biscuits. - Mix a sabayon based marscarpone filling. - Create a Charlotte dessert. Students will prepare all the components individually. Customer will bring back a 6 inch tiramisu cake and a tiramisu in a casserole. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
