Everyone wants the perfect macaron, but how about making it even more perfect by learning how to create macarons with customizable features? Unlock the secrets and tips and further your baking skills through these petite little French fancies. During this 3-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make iltalian macarons. - Create a coloured macaronage. - Make Italian meringue. - Get the macaronage to the perfect stage before piping. - Pipe your macarons and ensure a smooth surface. - Avoid the pitfalls that people also encounter when making a macaron. - Make royal icing of different consistencies. - Pipe fine details on macaron. - Make a simple chocolate filling for the macaron. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 15-18pcs of Macarons. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
