Service Description

The classic combi of avocado and gula melaka, made even better with the addition of chocolate. Dense, dark chocolate cake sandwiching a smooth and rich avocado mousse, accompanied with a sticky gula melaka caramel. During this 3.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Make a dark chocolate cake. - Concoct an avocado mousse. - Make a gula melaka caramel. - Whip up Swiss meringue buttercream. - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - Mould chocolate truffle. Students will prepare all the components individually. Participant will bring back a 6 inch cake. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
