Brandy Fruit Cake (Collections will begin from December 22, 2024)
An almost lost tradition that is not seen on the Christmas table nowadays. So we aim to bring it back into the scene once more! Baked using an old Victorian recipe with dried fruits soaked in brandy for an extended amount of time. The baked cake is then fed religiously while maturing for almost 6 weeks before it's being served. It's moist, it's flavoursome, and it's old school.
